Program Aim:
The Graduate Nurse Program (GNP) aims to facilitate your transition from a novice nurse practitioner to a confident, competent registered nurse. During this program graduates are supported by the clinical expertise of her/his colleagues, Clinical Nurse Educators and Preceptors. It is a structured program of paid study days and debriefing sessions that focus on clinical decision-making, patient management and professional practice.
