- A minimum of 5 working days notice is required for a course cancellation or transfer to another session.
- All cancellation/transfer inquiries are to be forwarded via email: [email protected]
COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY (Course Fee Applicable):
- A minimum of 5 working days notice is required for a course cancellation or transfer to another session.
- No refunds, credits or transfers will be given for non-attendance or 5 working days notice.
- If failure to attend on the course date is due to sudden illness, a medical certificate will be required for refund or transfer to an alternate date.
- All cancellations/transfers/refund enquiries are to be forwarded in writing via email: [email protected]
- Participants need to be aware that leaving a voicemail message is not accepted as a notification of a cancellation.

A course manual fee is applicable for the following courses, and will be deducted from the total fee:
- CPR ALS 1: $50.00
- CPR ALS 2: $100.00
- Basic Assessment and Support in Intensive Care (BASIC): $25.00
