Why have I received an invoice for Dorevitch as a patient of Western Health?
I am a Private Insured patient OR a WorkCover patient OR a TAC (Transport Accident Commission) patient Your pathology invoice needs to be submitted to the relevant third party responsible for your admission costs.
For Private health insurance patientsPlease submit your invoice to your private health insurer for payment.
For WorkCover Please submit your invoice to your employer or the WorkCover insurer handling your WorkCover expenses.
For TAC – Transport Accident CommissionPlease submit your invoice to the TAC for payment
If you are a Medicare Ineligible (Overseas) patient Please submit your invoice to your Private Health Insurer for payment. If you do not have Private Health Insurance then you will need to pay Dorevitch for the cost of your pathology invoice.
If you are not a Private, WorkCover, TAC or Medicare Ineligible patient and you have received an invoice from Dorevitch, please email the following information to P[email protected]
