Glenn is a lifetime Sunbury local and has served on the Board since January 2019. He has an extensive career in the health sector and a strong personal connect to Western Health.
Having spent the last 20 years in the private sector has seen him deliver and maintain critical health infrastructure for Victoria, including Casey Hospital, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and the New Footscray Hospital Project (currently under construction). Glenn is well positioned to help the Foundation expand its reach into the community.
Most recently, he retired from his role as Chief Operating Officer of Plenary Group where he was responsible for the construction, delivery and ongoing asset management of Plenary's $15 billion infrastructure portfolio.
Currently, Glenn is also the Independent Chair of Evolution Rail and Non-Executive Director of various social infrastructure project boards across a number of sectors including: health, education, transport, tourism, research and justice.

experience, across a wide range of industries both nationally and internally,
Robyn brings a commercial focus and strategic expertise in areas such as
strategic and innovative thinking, business performance and improvement,
technology transformation and infrastructure development and management. Robyn
is a Board Member of East Melbourne PHN and Chair of Leap in! Australia.
Russell was appointed Chief Executive of Western Health in October 2017, after almost five years in the role of Executive Director Operations. After commencing his career in Britain with a B.Sc in Applied Biology from John Moores University Liverpool, Russell has held numerous executive roles across multiple sectors from mental health, acute care and community care to a period as a Commissioner of Health Services.
Cuc is a community leader and has been involved as a member and Chairperson on a number of local education and multicultural organisations. Having come to Australia as a refugee herself, Cuc's experience and passion led to her receiving a Public Service Medal for her contribution to migrant settlement and education services in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
In 2018, Cuc became a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. After assisting with the fundraising for the new Joan Kirner Women's and Children's at Sunshine Hospital, Cuc joined the Western Health Foundation Board in April 2019. Cuc recently served a term as the Mayor of Maribyrnong. Cuc has now returned to her public servant role, which she has held for more than 30 years, whilst concurrently maintaining her role as the Councillor of Stoney Creek.
Jenny Sadler has enjoyed a life-long association with McDonalds, starting from her first part time job as a school student, and progressing to today where she is the major franchise-holder in Melbourne's west, owning and operating nine local restaurants. Jenny is a hands-on business person, and is passionate about providing her 1000+ staff with the same opportunities for success that she was afforded. Her business success has resulted in multiple appearances and speaking roles at franchising and business expos across Australia and internationally.
A Williamstown resident, Jenny is also passionate about supporting her local community. This led in 2014 to her joining the fundraising efforts for the new children's ward at Sunshine Hospital, and in 2017 Jenny helped facilitate over $2M in community funding for the Heart of Williamstown Appeal, supporting some major upgrades to Williamstown Hospital. Jenny joined the Western Health Foundation Board in February 2018.

Having joined Perpetual in March 2001, Steve is the Lead Partner with the Perpetual Private Client Advisory team in Melbourne.
Steve holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. He joined the financial services industry in 1999; his previous roles and experience include Investment Consultant, Private Client Advisor, Advice Manager and State Practice Leader.
Steve is available for all key interactions, presentations and strategic review meeting. He has extensive experience dealing with not-for-profit and high net worth clients. He is a highly proficient and experienced senior manager within the Financial Services Industry, with extensive experience in transforming advice delivery and client promoter scores within a National Private Client Wealth Management business. Steve is a recognised leader and coach with proven success of developing high performance teams that are client-centric and a strong track record in being influential in scoping and leading strategic change within an advice business.
Steve sits on the Community Council for Blue Ribbon Day, a fundraising event for Police remembrance in Victoria, and is also a board member of the Western Health Foundation.
Ilija has more than two decades of professional experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical and mining sectors.
Ilija is passionate about supporting the Western suburbs and also Board Chair of Westbourne Grammar School.
