Western Health is implementing changes to improve security as well as simplify and centralize access to web based applications. Part of this change will be the introduction of Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor (MFA) to access your web based applications.
With SSO, web based applications can accessed from one location, and only need to login with Email as your Username followed by your Western Health password just the once.
The first thing to do is to register for SSO. Registration will take about 2 minutes and can be completed in 6 steps.
Details on how to register can be found on the registration link below.
Once registered, applications that have been imported into SSO can be accessed via a dashboard or directly via the application on the desktop.
Further information on access SSO applications can be found in the Applications link below.
Further information can be found in the FRQ document and Authentication options links.
If you have an issue cannot be resolved by the information provided in the Basic troubleshooting guide, then please log a ticket with the Service Desk.
