Over the next six months we will be developing Western Health's five-year Strategic Plan.
The Plan will set out who we want to be in five years and how we will get there.
This process is also about everyone getting involved in shaping the Plan. We plan on talking to our patients, their families, the community, along with our staff and volunteers over the next couple of months.
