Clinic Description
 
An endocrinologist and Diabetes Educator manage this clinic that manages patients with Type 1 diabetes who use an insulin pump.
Inclusion criteriaPatients with Type 1 diabetes using an insulin pump for insulin delivery
Exclusion criteria

Patients with:

  • Type 2 diabetes (seen in general diabetes clinic)
  • Gestational Diabetes (managed as part of Obstetric care in the Obstetric Endocrinology clinic)
  • Type 1 diabetes not using an insulin pump
Minimum investigations/clinical information required for triage
