Updates to the eHealth Gateway - Pulse Messaging System
In recent years Western Health has implemented a new eHealth Gateway service and many practices in our catchment signed up to receive nofications electronically. Since acquiring the Pulse secure messaging system, the system is no longer supported and is now end of life.
Clinics who originally signed up the sytem are still able to receive notifications electronically however, if any of these clinics upgrade their IT infrastructure or experience any issues with the Pulse system, we are unable to provide support for these changes/issues and these clincis will be required to revert back to the use of fax for communication.
At this time, we are unable to set up any new clinics to the Pulse system, all clinics will receive communication via fax.
