BreastWest Night of Nights 2018

​Thank you to all who joined us at Moonee Valley Racing Club on July 26 for the 2018 BreastWest Night of Nights event.

Our eleven models – all recently diagnosed breast cancer patients – looked simply stunning as they strutted their stuff on the catwalk with their Western Bulldogs partners.

And the crowd went wild as Anthony Callea belted out some great tunes.

Importantly, the night raised $85,000, all of which will go to supporting those undergoing breast cancer treatment with Western Health. On the night, we announced the establishment of a BreastWest Scholarship, providing funding to train up some of our nursing staff in the specialist skills required to become a Breast Care Nurse. This important clinical position plays a vital role in the wellbeing of our patients; the overwhelming feedback that we receive about the best way to provide support for those experiencing breast cancer is the one-on-one care provided by these nurses.
