A story on the success of the Sunshine Hospital Growth and Nutrition Clinic in weaning children off tube feeding has been published in the Herald Sun.
Sunshine Hospital is one of only two sites in Australia where staff have consistently, successfully weaned children in this way.
Many families have had to travel to Europe to have their children weaned off long term tube feeding.
Sunshine Paediatric Emergency Physician, Dr Lisa Barrow, is leading this work.
