Tina Dinh was a healthy 26-year-old before she tested positive to COVID-19 and became so ill she ended up in intensive care at Footscray Hospital.
Now back at home, she has these words for the Western Health staff who cared for her: "I owe the doctors and nurses my life. I can't describe how much love I have for them.
"The only thing I looked forward to every day... every time they came in, the first thing they would do is hold my hand and give my hand a squeeze.
"That was the only contact that you can get, and the only reminder that you are still here."
