What happens to my feedback?
All feedback is given to the Department Managers or the patient representative to follow up.  

Anonymous feedback and suggestions are themed and used for service improvement and planning.

​November​ 2015 Feedback data. ​

Between April and November 2015, 158 feedback forms were received.  40 were received in November 2015.

​The feedback tells us that the most number of complaints received were about the quality of care.

The most number of compliments were about humanness and caring of staff.

There were a number of complaints about  related to outpatient appointment wait times. 

There were a number of complaints  related to the lack of cleanliness of the inpatient and public areas.
