Western Health hopes to make your stay in hospital as comfortable as possible. Here is some information about our facilities that you may want to know before your visit.
We use Williamstown Priceline Pharmacy for all medicines. You will get an account with this pharmacy to pay for any medicines needed during your stay. Accounts can be paid monthly. If you only need to stay for a short time this account must be paid when you leave Hazeldean. Payment can be made over the phone by credit card.

Meals are supplied by Western Health. We have a staff member who will help you to choose your meals. Families may be asked to help you as well.
Breakfast is served at 7:45am
Morning Tea is served at 10amLunch is served at 11:45am
Afternoon Tea is served at 2pm
Dinner is served at 4:45pm
Supper is served at 6:30pm

Hazeldean Transition Care Program provides a secure and safe environment. We have a coded entry and exit to the facility to ensure your safety.
Interpreter services are available 24 hours a day.
We will accommodate your cultural needs where possible.
Following a long hospital stay people sometimes need more time to recover, reach their goals and decide on long term care arrangements in a more home-like environment than hospital. These people may find the Transition Care Program helpful.
