Course Name:	ALS Instructors Course Train the Trainer
Aim of Program:	The aim of the program is to provide theoretical and practical information to enable participants to train and assess other nurses in ALS in the clinical setting.
Program Outline:	Topics and skills to be covered in the program include: Recent updates in ALS algorithms Teaching a clinical skill practice Teaching and practice giving feedback Practise assessing and training ALS in groups
Program Eligibility:	The program is directed at Registered Nurses Division One who have an interest in training and assessment, to enable them to become BLS assessors in their clinical area.
Enrolment Max:	The program is limited to 8 participants.
Program Duration:	The program consists of one 8 hour day training session.
