Western Hospital (Footscray)
You must have a referral to get an appointment.
How to get a referral?
See your local General Practitioner (GP)
Your GP will fax your referral to Western Health Outpatients Department
Once we get your referral we will make an appointment for you based on your condition
We will send you a letter to tell you that we have received your referral
You will be placed on a waiting list
A letter will be posted to you once your appointment has been made
