• Apply to Nursing Computer Match (Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria), listing Western, Sunshine and/or The Williamstown Hospital amongst your preferences before July 31st, 2008

• In addition, forward an application to the Western Health hospital/s of your choice: Western, Sunshine, The Williamstown Hospital, following the application criteria. (See box below for application form)
• Attend an interview upon request in August or September 2008. Phone interviews will be conducted for New Zealand and interstate applicants
• Computer Match selection process takes place based on applicant preferences and preferential list supplied by hospital
• Successful Applicants will be contacted on Monday, 20th October 2008

Final selection is undertaken by Computer Match, not by Western Health.

What to include in your application:

• Current curriculum vitae including a list of second and third year placements
• Certified transcripts of all results at time of application
• Two recent clinical assessments, at least one of which must be from an adult acute health care setting
• Names and contact numbers of two nursing referees who have directly supervised your undergraduate clinical experience. (If you have difficultly in obtaining such referees please discuss alternatives with the GNP Coordinator)
• Two recent passport photos (name on back). Photos are kept in your Human Resources File
