From 8pm Saturday 14 January to 9am Sunday 15 January -

• M80 Ring Road closed over Furlong Road in both directions, with traffic diverted onto the Furlong Road exit ramp and back on to the freeway via the entry ramp.
• Furlong Road closed under the M80 Ring Road. Traffic detoured via the Ring Road.

From 9am Sunday 15 January to 5am Monday 16 January -

• M80 Ring Road lane closures in place over Furlong Road bridge in both directions, only one lane will be open to traffic.
• Entry ramp closed from Sunshine Avenue to M80 Ring Road Altona bound.
• Entry ramp closed from Ballarat Road to M80 Ring Road Greensborough bound.

These works will lead to long delays and detours with drivers advised to seek alternative routes where possible.

Please note: emergency vehicles will be excepted during the Furlong Road closure on the night of Saturday 14 Jan. Due to the M80 Ring Road delays anticipated on the Sunday during the day, it is important that incoming emergency vehicles are notified of these works particularly if using Ballarat Road and or McIntyre Roads as we expect higher traffic volumes than usual, as we work to minimise Ring Road queues over Furlong Road.
