Partners in Health Corporate Luncheon
The annual Western Health Foundation 'Partners in Health' corporate networking lunch was held on Friday 11 October 2019 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The event was an opportunity to bring together corporate peers and colleagues to highlight the importance of partnerships and how Western Health values our currrent partners and sponsors.
We thank all those who participated in this important event. Your attendance and support on the day helped raise a terrific $90,000! Proceeds from this event will go towards the work of the Western Health Chronic Disease Alliance (WHCDA) which is a broad based alliance of researchers, working collaboratively in the chronic disease space.
Western Health has a strong and growing research portfolio, based at the Western Centre for Health Research & Education at Sunshine Hospital. Our focus is wide, with over 700 active research projects currently underway. Increasingly, we are becoming known for the work being done in the area of chronic disease.
