Background
Western Health's Strategic Directions Framework was signed off by the Western Health Board in September 2008. The framework outlines the strategic priority areas and objectives at a high level, and describes the process to engage all Western Health staff and stakeholders - in helping to set the future direction for Western Health.
The following set of strategic priorities has been agreed:

People and Culture
Community and Partnerships
Research and Learning
Self-sufficiency and Sustainability
