Community and Partnerships

Overview

Western Health acknowledges the significant contribution that our service and community partners make to the overall health and well being of the Western population. Western Health aims to promote a service that reflects the needs and health priorities of its local population, while working with local partners to deliver safe, effective and relevant services.
